The Haunting

Fort Revere is a public historic fort and park in Hull, Massachusetts, tied to coastal-defense history and local ghost reports. The site is most often associated with whispers, unexplained noises, moving shadows, and odd feelings in the old concrete rooms and corridors.

Fortifications on Telegraph Hill date to the Revolutionary War era, and the later fort was known as Fort Independence before being renamed for Paul Revere. The site remained part of Boston Harbor defense through World War II and was decommissioned in 1947; today it is preserved as Fort Revere Park.

Reported activity: HauntedPlaces commenters split between believers and skeptics: some describe personal experiences, shadows, whispers, and strange fog, while others point out that open rooms, tunnels, wildlife, weather, and vandalism can explain many sounds.
