The Haunting

Marr Residence is Saskatoon's oldest house on its original site, built in 1884 and used as a field hospital during the 1885 North-West Resistance. Its ghost reports mention a child-like orb apparition and a male presence said to unsettle female visitors.

Alexander "Sandy" Marr built the house in 1884 in the original Saskatoon temperance colony. In 1885 the house was requisitioned as a field hospital for wounded soldiers; today it is a National Historic Site and city-owned historic place.

Reported activity: The HauntedPlaces account says the haunting seems less directly tied to the war hospital than to two reported presences: a small child and a male entity. No substantive comments were visible in this pass, so the entry should lean on the strong verified building history and keep the ghost claims modest.
